January 15th 1802 — In the name of God amen.
I Jane Flack of the County of Guilford and State of North Carolina do make and constitute this my last will and testament in the maner and form as follows, [?]
Item - I give unto my son Thomas Flack all my lands and tenaments containing three hundred acres.
Item - I give unto Andrew Flack's son Elisha my black horse
Item - I give unto Samuel Daugherty's daughter Jenny my saddle
Item - I give unto my daughter Jenny two new [coverlids?]
Item - I give unto John Daugherty's daughter Polly my great pot
Item - I give unto my daughter Dorcas my bed and furniture
Item - I give unto Andrew Flack's daughter Jenny my wheel
Item - I give unto James Flack's son Elisha one cow
It is my will and desire that my cattle and sheep be equally divided between my two sons Tho's and Elijah
Likewise it is my will and desire that my son James Flack shall be my Executor and divide the remaining part of my property among my children as he may think proper — this being my last will and testament — given under my hand and seal.
