  		The wedding of Leonard Forman and Evelyn Lutzky Goldbergh Leonard Forman married Evelyn Lutzky Goldbergh on March 24, 1994 at the Suburban Country Club in Baltimore, Maryland. They had their children, grandchildren, family and friends in attendance. Both Leonard and Evelyn had lost their beloved spouses and then found each other. They spent the rest of their lives together until Len sadly passed away in July 2000.
